Video Visit Scheduling

When scheduling video visits through an integrated EHR or PM system, Hale will automatically send patients a confirmation email for the appointment – including instructions for setting up their account. The confirmation will come from the scheduled provider and include the appointment details, which can be added to the patient’s calendar.

If the patient has not already activated their Hale account, the confirmation will include instructions for downloading the Hale Health app and setting up their account.

Patients already on Hale will receive the email as well as a push notification within the app, linking directly to the appointment details.
