Any patient message can be scheduled to be sent at a later date, letting clinical teams automate patient follow-up and providing an easy way to efficiently deliver great patient care.
To schedule a message, simply click the clock icon next to the Send button in the message composer. Select the date and time you would like the message to be sent – and click ‘Save’.
The message will be placed in the queue of messages within the case. You can view these messages by clicking the dark gray bar at the bottom of the case timeline to expand all pending messages. To edit an upcoming message click the edit icon and make the desired changes in the composer before saving it again.
At the scheduled time, Hale will deliver the message to the patient – who will experience the communication just as if you had sent the message right then.
