I can hear my patient, but I can't see them.

If either participant has poor internet connectivity Hale automatically removes  video streaming functionality and allows for voice connectivity only, this is to ensure you and the patient are still able to connect and complete the visit.

If poor connectivity is detected a diagnostic alert will be displayed with in the visit window.  

The alert will be display if one of three scenarios is presented:

  • Patient bandwidth is below threshold.
  • Call is downgraded to audio-only due to connection quality.
  • Provider input source is not detected.
